How can we help?

There are three ways to import a recipe:

1. URL import — paste a link from any recipe website into the import field and tap Import.
2. Photo import — tap the camera icon and take or choose a photo of a printed recipe. The AI will read and extract the ingredients and steps.
3. Manual entry — tap the + button and type your recipe in yourself.

AI-imported recipes are paraphrased in Clever Cupboard's own words. Always double-check the result before cooking.

Tap the calendar icon to open the meal planner. You can drag saved recipes onto any day of the week. Once you've planned your meals, tap "Add to Shopping List" to automatically generate a grocery list organized by category.

Your shopping list is built automatically from your meal plan, or you can add items manually by tapping the + button. Tap any item to check it off as you shop. Items stay checked until you clear the list.

If you've connected a Kroger account, you can send your shopping list directly to a Kroger cart from within the app.

In the fridge/pantry tab, tap the camera icon and take a photo of your fridge or pantry shelves. Clever Cupboard's AI will identify what it sees and add those items to your pantry list, which you can then use to filter recipes you can make right now.

A notice will appear before the photo is sent for AI processing.

Clever Cupboard Pro ($3.99/month) unlocks:

• Full meal planning and auto-generated shopping lists

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Clever Cupboard Pro and then tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep Pro access until then.

Open Clever Cupboard, go to the Upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you originally subscribed.

A free trial may be available. If offered, it will be shown on the Upgrade screen before you confirm the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a paid subscription begins.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

To request account deletion, email us at support@clever-cupboard.com from the address linked to your account. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. If recipes still aren't syncing, try signing out and back in. If the problem persists, email us and include your account email so we can investigate.

Open any saved recipe, tap the share icon, and toggle on Share to Community. Your recipe will be visible to other Clever Cupboard users. You can make it private again at any time by toggling it off from the recipe edit screen.

If you find a recipe that violates our terms (for example, copied from a copyrighted source without permission), please email legal@clever-cupboard.com with the recipe title and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.
