I don't see Clever Cupboard in the share sheet​

Tap More in the share sheet and scroll through the app list. If Clever Cupboard is installed, it should appear there.

If you still don't see it, open Clever Cupboard once, then try sharing the recipe again.

A recipe imported with missing ingredients​

Open the recipe review screen and add the missing ingredients before saving.

If the recipe was already saved, open the recipe and tap the edit button.

A social media recipe won't import​

Try one of these:

  1. Copy and paste the caption or post text into Clever Cupboard.
  2. Take a screenshot of the recipe and use Recipe Photo.
  3. Look for a link to the original recipe website and import that link instead.
  4. Save the recipe and edit any missing details before cooking.

My recipes aren't showing on another device​

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the same Clever Cupboard account on both devices.
  2. If recipes still don't appear, sign out and sign back in.
  3. If you still need help, email us and include your account email.

I forgot my password​

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address.

If you don't see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

How do I report a recipe or content issue?​

If you find a recipe that violates our terms — for example, copied from a copyrighted source without permission — email legal@clever-cupboard.com with the recipe title and a brief description of the issue.
